摘　　要：西柏坡时期,以整党运动为中心展开的党的自我革命实践,确立了以组织生活会为载体的查整方法,借以发现、批评和整顿党员干部在思想、作风、组织等领域的不纯洁问题。组织生活会作为一种重要的组织建设方法,之所以在西柏坡时期获得功能上的重大彰显,是由于党在持续的创造性实践中,构建的以公开性、健全性、严实性等为主要特点的实践机制作用的结果。从系统性来看,这一实践机制在会前、会中、会后的每一阶段中,均蕴含着科学且必要的实践精神的指引,是认识和把握组织生活会成功开展的重要启示。这一重要的历史经验,对进一步提升和完善新时代党的组织生活会质量及实践机制,充实和发展党的自我革命实践的方法论体系,提供了重要的历史镜鉴。During the Xibaipo period,the self-revolution practice of the Party centered on the rectification movement establishes a method of inspection and rectification using organizational life meetings as carriers,in order to discover,criticize and rectify the impure problems of Party members and cadres in the fields of ideology,work style,organization,etc.As an important method of organizational construction,the reason why organizational life meetinggains a significant functional manifestation during the Xibaipo period is the result of the practical mechanism that the Party constructs in its continuous creative practice,which is mainly characterized by openness,soundness,and rigor.From a systemic perspective,this practical mechanism contains scientific and necessary guidance of practical spirit in each stage before,during,and after the meeting,forming the spiritual spectrum of successful practice in organizational life meetings.It is an important inspiration for understanding and grasping the successful development of organizational life meetings.This important historical experience provides an important historical mirror for further improving and perfecting the quality of organizational life and practical mechanisms of the Party in the new era,enriching and developing the methodological system of the Party's self-revolution practice.
