摘　　要：航次计划评估是船长适任评估考试科目之一。根据现行的考试大纲和评估规范,航次计划评估主要考核考生利用图书资料等信息制定周密的航次计划,及考生是否具备识别和评估航次风险、制定应对航次风险措施的能力。本文对目前航次计划评估考试的现状进行分析,并就存在的一些不足提出应对策略。Voyage plan assessment is one of the examination subjects of the captain's competency assessment.According to the current examination outline and evaluation norms,the voyage plan mainly examines the candidates'information using books and other information,and whether the candidates have the ability to identify and assess the risks of the voyage and formulate measures to deal with the voyage risk.This paper analyzes the current situation of the voyage plan evaluation examination,and puts forward some countermeasures for the existing deficiencies.
