摘  要:高分子聚合物颗粒轻质土中,原料黏土取自三江平原青龙山灌区田间配套支渠堤坝。由低液限黏土、粉煤灰、减水外加剂、硅酸盐水泥、水、高分子聚合物颗粒按选定比例混合,经搅拌机械翻拌成混合料。这种混合料具有密度比小,热效率传导慢,热效阻隔强和保温效果优等特点。为了深入探究预防冻胀破坏成因成效,拓展预制混凝土矩型槽在渠道应用条件,利用模拟冻融循环试验,对颗粒轻质土的保温效能及预防冻胀破坏进行实测和论证,为颗粒混合轻质土在三江平原季节冰冻地区的典型推广确定理论依据和使用方法,使灌区田间配套渠系水工建筑物在季节冻胀区的冻胀损坏降至最低。The raw clay of polymer particle light soil was obtained from the supporting branch channel dam of Qinglongshan irrigation District in Sanjiang Plain.The mixture is composed of low liquid limit clay,fly ash,water reducing admixture,Portland cement,water and polymer particles in selected proportion,and is turned by stirring machinery into a mixture.The mixture has the characteristics of low density ratio,slow conduction of thermal efficiency,strong thermal barrier and good insulation effect.In order to further explore the causes and effects of preventing frost heave damage,expand the application conditions of prefabricated concrete rectangular channel in the channel,observe and demonstrate the thermal insulation efficiency of granular light soil and the prevention of frost heave damage by using the simulated freeze-thaw cycle test,and determine the theoretical basis and application methods for the typical popularization of granular mixed light soil in the seasonal frozen area of Sanjiang Plain.The frost heave damage of the field matching canal system hydraulic structure in the seasonal frost heave area is minimized.
