林业生产性服务业发展对林业绿色生产效率的影响

摘　　要：以南方集体林区为例,立足宏观层面,引入考虑生态系统服务价值的林业绿色生产效率。在此基础上,基于规模和质量两个维度,使用空间动态面板模型和广义面板平滑转换模型,分别从线性和非线性的角度检验了林业生产性服务业发展对地区林业绿色生产效率的影响作用。研究发现:林业生产性服务业的发展规模和质量均对林业绿色生产效率产生显著的促进作用,且林业生产性服务业发展质量的影响作用更突出;从细分行业来看,林业科技交流与推广服务表现最佳。以林业生产性服务业发展水平为转换变量,林业生产性服务业对林业绿色生产效率存在非线性影响效应,当林业生产性服务业的发展规模和质量分别跨过门槛值1.46和4.65后,林业生产性服务对林业绿色生产效率产生了更突出的促进效应。⑴Background——Forest is one of the core parts of the ecosystem that human beings depend on for survi-val,and it plays an important role in the survival and development of human beings and other living things.In order to promote the sustainable development of forestry and forest management,improving the green production efficiency of forestry has attracted the attention of decision makers.The development of forestry producer services may play a positive role in improving the green production efficiency of forestry.⑵Methods——The research data mainly came from various statistical yearbooks,national forest resources inventory data and the database of China Economic Network.In this paper,the green production efficiency of fo-restry was selected as the dependent variable,the development level of forestry producer services was selected as the independent variable,including the development scale and development quality.Based on the provincial data of the southern collective forest region from 2006 to 2021,the effects of the development of forestry producer services on the regional green production efficiency of forestry were examined from linear and nonlinear perspectives by using the spatial dynamic panel model and the generalized panel smooth transition model.⑶Results——The green production efficiency of forestry of the provinces in the southern collective forest region has a significant spatial dependence.Both the development scale and quality of forestry producer services have a significant effect on the improvement of green production efficiency of forestry,and the development quality has a stronger role than the development scale.From the perspective of sub-industries,the development of fo-restry science and technology exchange and extension service industry has the most prominent promoting effect on the green production efficiency of forestry,followed by forestry engineering technology and planning management,and wildlife protection and nature reserve management industry has the least promoting eff
