摘 要:随着增材制造的不断发展,420不锈钢增材制造件的焊接研究变得越发重要。因此,研究了420不锈钢激光选区熔化增材制造件的激光焊接接头的微观组织和焊接件的抗拉性能。结果表明,420不锈钢增材件具有良好的激光焊接成形性能,焊缝区组织细小,焊接热影响区组织粗化不明显,增材件受到激光焊接的热影响较小;增材件焊接件的断裂表现为脆性断裂,抗拉强度高达600 MPa以上,高于420不锈钢轧制试样焊接件的抗拉强度;增材件激光焊缝区的硬度低于母材的硬度。With the development of additive manufacturing,it is crucial to study the welding of 420 stainless steel parts fabricated by additive manufacturing.The microstructure and tensile properties of laser welded joints of selective laser melting additive parts of 420 stainless steel were studied.The results show that 420 stainless steel additive manufacturing parts have a good laser welding formability.The microstructure of welding seam was fine,the microstructure of welding heat affected zone was not obvious.The additive manufacturing parts are less heat affected by laser welding.The fracture of weldment of additive parts is brittle fracture,and the tensile strength is over 600 MPa,much higher than that of weldment of 420 stainless steel rolled samples.The hardness of laser welding zone of additive parts is lower than that of base metal.
