摘 要:目前由于当地煤炭产能不足,煤价高、电价低,火电厂生产经营困难。传统的单煤种燃烧方式,不仅燃料成本高并且锅炉效率低,为了降低燃煤成本需更精细化的实施配煤掺烧,所以需要通过开展经济性煤种掺烧试验,客观、真实的掌握在不同负荷工况、不同煤种指标掺烧条件下掺烧成本和锅炉效率,为此文中针对高、中、低三个负荷段进行变掺烧煤种经济性测试,从而确定机组最佳掺烧煤种及其比例,达到指导燃煤采购、降本增效的目的。At present,due to the lack of local coal production capacity,high coal price and low e-lectricity price,low electricity prices,thermal power plant production and operation difficulties.Traditional single coal combustion method,not only the high fuel cost and low boiler efficiency,in order to reduce the cost of coal combustion needs to be more refined implementation of coal blend-ing,so we need to carry out economic coal blending test,objective and real grasp in different load conditions,different coal index blending conditions blending cost and boiler efficiency,for this arti-cle for the high,medium and low three load segments of the variable blending coal type economy test In this paper,the economic test of variable coal blending is carried out for high,medium and low load sections to determine the optimal coal blending and its ratio,which can guide coal procurement and reduce cost and increase efficiency.
