摘 要:落叶松是我国北方地区重要的速生用材树种,为满足生产上对落叶松良种的需求,该研究采用不同^(60)Co-γ辐照剂量辐照长白落叶松混系种子,相同^(60)Co-γ辐照剂量(20 Gy)辐照落叶松不同家系种子,播种后统计出苗率,测定苗高、地径和侧枝数等生长指标,分析^(60)Co-γ辐照剂量对落叶松苗木生长的影响,以期建立快速获得落叶松良种的方法。结果表明,1年生落叶松苗高、地径、侧枝数和出苗率分别为15.68~22.39 cm、0.28~0.42 cm、1.03~4.01个和7.7%~37.52%,且总体表现为随辐照剂量的增加而降低的趋势,其中,20 Gy和30 Gy处理的苗高、地径、侧枝数和出苗率与对照较接近。不同家系在^(60)Co-γ辐照处理后,苗高、地径、侧枝数和出苗率间存在一定的差异,这些差异一方面来源于家系本身的生长特性,另一方面来源于^(60)Co-γ辐照处理。该研究为后续采用^(60)Co-γ辐照处理来创制落叶松良种提供了技术支撑。Larch is an important fast-growing tree species in northern China.In order to meet the demand for better varieties of larch in production,mixed seeds of Larix olgensis were irradiated with different^(60)Co-γ radiation doses,and seeds of different families of Larix olgensis were irradiated with the same^(60)Co-γ radiation dose(20 Gy).Seedling emergence rate was counted,growth indicators such as seedling height,ground diameter and lateral branch number were measured,and the effects of^(60)Co-γ radiation dose on the growth of larch seedlings were analyzed to establish a rapid method for obtaining improved larch seed.The results showed that the height,diameter,number of lateral branches,and emergence rate of 1-year-old Larix olgensis seedlings were 15.68~22.39 cm,0.28~0.42 cm,1.03~4.01,and 7.7%~37.52%,respectively,and these numbers decreased with the increasing radiation dose.The seedling height,ground diameter,number of lateral branches and seedling emergence rate of 20 Gy and 30 Gy treatment were close to the control.The results of^(60)Co-γ radiation on different families showed that there were some differences in seedling height,ground diameter,number of lateral branches and emergence rate among different families after^(60)Co-γ radiation.These differences were due to the growth characteristics of the families and the^(60)Co-γ radiation.The study provided technical support for the subsequent cultivation of larch using^(60)Co-γ radiation.
