数字化转型背景下公共文化服务人员数字素养的提升研究

摘　　要：数字素养适应性变革构建已成为数字时代公共文化服务的核心要素。文章在厘清公共文化服务人员数字素养内涵与价值意蕴基础上,基于冰山模型理论与洋葱模型理论,在宏观层面,从“数字意识、数字技能、数字能力与数字责任”四大维度构建了公共文化服务人员数字素养的陀螺模型;在微观层面,尝试对核心要素指标进行探析,并提出公共文化服务人员数字素养的提升路径,以期有效提升公共文化服务人员数字素养。Adaptability to digital literacy has become a core element of public cultural service in the digital age.Building upon a clear understanding of the conceptualization and value implications of digital literacy for public cultural service personnel,this article,based on the iceberg model theory and onion model theory,constructs a gyro model for the digital literacy of public cultural service personnel at the macro level,focusing on four dimensions:“digital awareness,digital skills,digital capabilities,and digital responsibilities.”At the micro level,the article attempts to analyze the core indicator elements and proposes a path-way for enhancing the digital literacy of public cultural service personnel,aiming to effectively improve their digital literacy.
