摘　　要：目的 原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者常见血小板无效输注,本文回顾性分析ITP患者使用利妥昔单抗治疗前后血小板输注效率的变化。方法 回顾性收集6例使用利妥昔单抗前后均有血小板输注史的ITP患者信息,观察患者治疗前后的血小板计数及血小板输注后校正计数增量(CCI)的变化。结果 6例患者中有5例在使用利妥昔单抗前有血小板输注欠佳情况,在使用利妥昔单抗后4例患者CCI无明显改善。结论 利妥昔单抗是治疗ITP患者血小板无效输注的一种手段,但其疗效有待进一步验证。Objective Platelet transfusion refractoriness(PTR)is common in patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).This study retrospectively analyzed the changes of platelet transfusion efficiency in ITP patients before and after treatment with rituximab.Methods The clinical materials of 6 ITP patients who had a history of platelet transfusion before and after using rituximab were retrospectively collected,and the patients’platelet counts before and after treatment and the changes in the corrected count increment(CCI)after platelet transfusion were observed.Results Among the 6 patients,5 patients had PTR before using rituximab,and 4 patients had no significant improvement in CCI after using rituximab.Conclusion Rituximab is a means of treating ITP patients with immune-based PTR,but its efficacy needs further verification.
