摘  要:知识经济背景下,创新型人才培养的呼声高涨,现代社会对大学生综合素质和复合型能力的要求越来越高.以《管理学原理》课程为例,通过重构知识体系、优选教学案例、创造知识的应用场景等一系列教学改革,直面教学痛点,突出学生是教学活动的主体,打破学生惯有的被动学习方式,强化学生树立“实践中应用、应用中领悟”的理念,变“知识课堂”为“能力课堂”,最终达到这门课程对学生高阶能力培养的最大边界.Under the background of knowledge-based economy,the demand for innovative talent training is more and more vigorous.College students'comprehensive quality and compound ability are more and more important in the modern society.In this article,the author take Principles of Management Course as an example,attempt to face the teaching pain point through a series of teaching reforms,such as reconstructing the knowledge system,optimizing teaching cases,and creating the applied scenes of knowledge to stress that students are the main body of teaching activities,to break the students'usual passive learning methods,and to guide the students to set up the conception of“Application in practice and comprehension in application”and change“Knowledge classroom”into“Ability classroom”,and finally reach the maximum boundary of this course to students'high-level ability training.
