摘 要:[目的]3D打印技术在工程结构施工的研究和应用已逐渐深入,应用3D打印建造地铁隧道开拓了一种新的思路和方法,而3D打印施工过程中,衬砌与隧道围岩的共构效果和协同工作性能的保障是构建隧道衬砌结构体系的关键,需对其进行深入研究。[方法]通过试验模拟不同围岩条件下的界面特性,深入研究了3D打印隧道施工中衬砌和围岩之间的粘结力学性能及其影响因素。[结果及结论]围岩表面的粗糙度对3D打印衬砌混凝土的粘结效果有显著影响,而表面涂覆涂层能够有效改善衬砌-围岩界面的粘结性能,通过填补衬砌-围岩界面的微观不平整有利于提高3D打印衬砌施工质量。[Objective]Research on and application of 3D printing technology in engineering structure construction are gradually deepening.Applying 3D printing in tunnel construction creates a new idea and approach.In the process of 3D printing construction,ensuring the co-construction effect and collaborative working performance of tunnel lining and surrounding rock is crucial to building a tunnel lining structure system.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on it.[Method]Through experimental simulation of the interface characteristics under different surrounding rock conditions,the bonding mechanical performance between the lining and surrounding rock is thoroughly investigated together with the influencing factors in 3D printing tunnel construction.[Result&Conclusion]The roughness of the surrounding rock surface significantly influences the bonding effect of 3D printed concrete lining,while the surface coating can effectively improve the bonding performance of the lining-surrounding rock interface.Filling in the micro unevenness of the interface is helpful to improve the construction quality of 3D printed lining.
