摘　　要：科学、合理的居民生活水价体系,对促进水资源高效、可持续利用具有重要意义。该文选择日本、美国及英国为研究对象,对其生活水价制定及管理模式进行了分析,以期为广东省进一步深化居民生活水价改革工作提供一定的参考。A scientific and reasonable water-pricing system has a great significance on promoting the efficient and sustainable utilization of water resources.This paper analyzes the residential water-pricing mechanism and management in Japan,America and England,which hopes to provide references to the deepening reform of water-pricing system in Guangdong Province.
