摘 要:近年来随着全球性水资源危机的加剧,再生水作为非常规水资源得到了越来越广泛的关注,再生水回用农业灌溉的研究与应用也不断深入。文章选取再生水灌溉实践经验较为丰富的美国、以色列和日本等国家,对这些国家的再生水政策、处理技术、水质安全性等方面进行了系统的梳理分析,同时讨论了再生水灌溉对土壤孔隙率及结构、重金属污染、新型污染物含量变化的影响,指出了农业再生水灌溉的潜在安全隐患和生态风险。最后,根据国外先进地区再生水利用的经验,结合我国实际,提出了再生水在农业灌溉上安全高效利用的建议。In recent years,with the intensification of the global water crisis,reclaimed water has received more and more attention as one of unconventional water resources.The research and application of reclaimed water reuse for agricultural irrigation are also constantly deepening.The article selected countries such as the United States,Israel and Japan,which have rich practical experience in reclaimed water irrigation,to conduct a systematic analysis of reclaimed water policies,treatment technologies and water quality safety.The impacts of reclaimed water irrigation on soil physico-chemical properties and changes in the content of new pollutants were discussed,and the potential safety hazards and ecological risks of agricultural reclaimed water irrigation were also pointed out.Finally,based on the experience of reclaimed water in agricultural irrigation in advanced foreign regions,suggestions for the safe and efficient use of reclaimed water in agricultural irrigation were proposed combined with the actual situation in our country.
