摘　　要：目的 探究如意黄金散联合地塞米松对非哺乳期乳腺炎(NPM)患者创周肤色及垂体泌乳素(PRL)水平的影响。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年9月湖北省武汉市中心医院收治的88例NPM患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组给予地塞米松局部注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予如意黄金散局部贴敷治疗,2组均治疗1个月。比较2组治疗前后临床症状评分、PRL水平及总有效率。结果 治疗后,2组乳房肿块、痛感、创周肤色、创周肤温评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05);2组血清PRL水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组[(382±101)mU/L比(542±142)mU/L](均P<0.001)。观察组总有效率高于对照组[88.6%(39/44)比70.5%(31/44)](P=0.034)。结论 如意黄金散联合地塞米松对NPM具有良好的疗效,可显著改善患者临床症状,降低PRL水平。Objective To investigate the effects of Ruyi Huangjin powder combined with dexamethasone on the skin color around the wound and level of prolactin(PRL)in patients with non-puerperal mastitis(NPM).Methods From October 2021 to September 2022,88 NPM patients admitted to the Central Hospital of Wuhan,Hubei Province were enrolled.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local injection of dexamethasone,and the observation group was treated with local injection of Ruyi Huangjin powder on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical symptom score,PRL level and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of breast lump,pain,skin color around the wound and skin temperature around the wound in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the serum level of PRL in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[(382±101)mU/L vs(542±142)mU/L](all P<0.001).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[88.6%(39/44)vs 70.5%(31/44)](P=0.034).Conclusion Ruyi Huangjin powder combined with dexamethasone has a good effect on NPM,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the level of PRL.
