压差计量技术在XB油田FY油层采油井应用试验研究

摘  要:为有效解决XB油田FY油层采油井计量时存在的工作量大和工作效率低的问题,提出了一种适合XB油田FY油层采油井日产液量计量的方法,即压差计量技术,同时介绍了该技术的工作原理和技术特点,并在XB油田FY油层两口采油井开展了现场试验。通过分析试验数据发现,该技术计量结果具有较高的可信度,能够实现实时在线自动连续计量,有利于实时掌握采油井生产动态,提高了工作效率,还能够辅助现场技术人员分析井下存在的问题,具有良好的应用前景。To effectively solve the problems of high workload and low work efficiency in the measurement of FY reservoir production well of XB oilfield,the method that is suitable for measuring the daily liquid production of FY reservoir production well of XB oilfield,that is to say,differential pressure measurement technology,is put forward.At the same time,the working principle and technical characteristics of this technology are introduced,and field tests are conducted on two production wells in the FY reservoir production well of XB oilfield.Through analyzing the test data,it is found that the measurement results of this technology can not only have high reliability,but also achieve realtime online automatic continuous measurement,which is conducive to real-time understanding of the production dynamics of oil wells and improving work efficiency.Even more to the point,it can also assist field technical personnel in analyzing underground problems,and has good application prospects.
