摘 要:渤海某采油平台水源井产液量进入生产污水系统处理达标后回注到地层,随着开采时间的推移,水源井产出物流中的伴生气不断增多,因污水处理系统不具备处理天然气的能力,使得污水系统液位波动剧烈,水源井伴生气通过污水系统外溢和放空,既存在安全隐患,又造成天然气资源浪费,同时制约水源井产能释放。通过对水源井伴生气回收方式进行实验并对气液分离技术进行分析和论证,在水源井至污水流程之间增加伴生气脱气装置,可实现对水源井伴生气的综合回收利用。既保证了污水系统的稳定运行,又实现日回收伴生气1.05×10^(4)m^(3),日增产水量可达950 m^(3),效果显著,实现了“提质增效”与“节能减排”融合发展,具有借鉴意义。The production liquid of water source well on an oil platform in Bohai Sea is injected into the formation after reaching the standard of production sewage system.With mining time going on,the associated gas in the output logistics of water source wells has been increasing.The sewage treatment system does not have the ability to deal with natural gas,making the liquid level of sewage system fluctuate violently.What's more,the spills and vents of associated gas from water source wells through the sewage system don't only exist a safety risks,but also causes a waste of natural gas resources and restricts the release of water source well production capacity.The recovery method of associated gas from water source wells has been carried out the experiment and the gas-liquid separation technology has been analyzed and demonstrated.The degassing device of associated gas is added between the water source well and the sewage process to realize the comprehensive recovery and utilization of associated gas of water source wells,which not only ensures the stable operation of sewage system,but also realizes the daily recovery of associated gas of 1.05×10^(4) m^(3).Even more to the point,the daily increase of water production can reach 950 m^(3).The effect is remarkable,and the integration development of"improving quality and efficiency"and"energy conservation and emission reduction"has been realized,which has a reference significance.
