摘 要:为了解暗纹东方鲀幼鱼形态性状与体质量之间的关系,随机选取40日龄暗纹东方鲀幼鱼328尾,测定其全长(X1)、体长(X2)、头长(X3)、吻长(X4)、口裂(X5)、眼间距(X6)、躯干长(X7)、体高(X8)、尾柄长(X9)、尾柄高(X10)10个形态性状和体质量(Y),利用相关分析和通径分析,研究了影响体质量的主要形态性状。结果表明,40日龄暗纹东方鲀幼鱼各形态性状与体质量的相关性,均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),X1对体质量的直接作用,远大于其他形态性状,是影响体质量最主要的因素,X4、X5、X6、X7、X8和X9通过X1间接地对体质量产生了重要影响。暗纹东方鲀幼鱼形态性状对体质量的最优多元回归方程为:Y=-6.083+0.086X1+0.129X4+0.192X5+0.103X6+0.047X7+0.123X8+0.075X9(R2=0.882)。提出,在对暗纹东方鲀以体质量为目标进行选育时,可以全长为主,吻长、口裂、眼间距、躯干长、体高、尾柄长等其他形态性状为辅进行选择。To investigate the relationship between morphometric attributes and body weight in juvenile Takifugu fasciatus,328 randomly selected T.fasciatus(40-day-old)were measured for ten morphometric attributes including total length(X1),body length(X2),head length(X3),snout length(X4),mouth cleft(X5),interocular distance(X6),trunk length(X7),body height(X8),caudal peduncle length(X9),and caudal peduncle height(X10),as well as body weight(Y).Correlation analysis and path analysis were employed to investigate the major morphometric attributes affecting body weight.The results revealed that all morphometric attributes of T.fasciatus juveniles exhibited an extremely significant correlation with body weight(P<0.01).Among these traits,X1 exerted a significantly greater direct effect on body weight compared to other morphological traits,making it the most important factor influencing body weight.Additionally,X4,X5,X6,X7,X8 and X9 indirectly affected body weight through the mediation of total X1.The optimal multivariate regression equation for predicting body weight based on the morphological traits of T.fasciatus juveniles was as follows:Y=-6.083+0.086X1+0.129X4+0.192X5+0.103X6+0.047X7+0.123X8+0.075X9(R2=0.882).Therefore total length should be prioritized while considering snout length,mouth cleft,interorbital distance,trunk length,body height,and caudal peduncle length as secondary selection criteria in selective breeding programs targeting body weight in T.fasciatus.
