摘　　要：实施乡村振兴是新时代中国的一项伟大工程,也是一场新的山乡巨变。文学书写乡村振兴之类题材时,建构了大量文学新人形象。在塑造这些新人形象时,作家们或在历史纵深视野中讲述新人故事,或在“地方性知识”视角下记录新人成长,或在多重生活面相中观照新人的生命状态,或在乡村振兴的复杂性中形塑新人多元的性格。这些都是值得总结的经验,但创作中亦存在着不少问题,如设置新人参与乡村振兴的动力与逻辑存在着随机性与偶然性,叙述新人引领乡村发展、振兴路径的雷同化与传奇化,推动乡村建设情节之普泛的程式化,直白式的议论语言过多。由此而言,作家需要执守乡村沉浸式写作伦理,具备历史视野与地方意识,抛弃商业惯性与思想惰性,方能创造更具社会价值与艺术价值的乡村振兴新人形象。The implementation of rural revitalization is a great project in the new era of China,and also a new village transformation.When writing about such themes in literature,a large number of new personality images in rural revitalization literature have been constructed.When moulding those new personality images,writers tell the stories of the new personality from a historical perspective,unfold the growth of new personality from a local knowledge perspective,express the life state of a new personality in multiple aspects of life and create the diverse character of the new personality in the complexity of rural revitalization.These are all experiences worth summarizing,but there are also many problems,such as randomness and contingency in the motivation and logic of setting up new personality to participate in rural revitalization,presenting the similarity and romanticization in narrating new personality leading the path of rural development and revitalization,the popularized formalization of promoting rural construction plot and too many straightforward languages in discussions.Based on this,writers should persist in immersive writing ethics in rural areas,possess a historical perspective and local consciousness,and abandon commercial inertia and ideological inertia in order to create a more socially and artistically valuable image of“new personality”in rural revitalization.
