摘 要:对于采用锚泊方式泊碇的浮船坞,规范要求在设计阶段对其在抬船作业工况下的横倾角进行校核,使其在规定风压下横倾时甲板边缘不入水,而实际校核浮船坞的横倾角时通常假定浮船坞处于漂浮状态,没有考虑锚泊力的影响,造成校核结果存在偏差。对此,通过分析锚泊方式对浮船坞横倾角的影响机理,得出兜底式锚泊会加大横倾角,分散式锚泊会减小横倾角的结论,并推导锚泊方式下的浮船坞横倾角计算公式。以某小型浮船坞为例,就锚泊系统选型和锚泊力等因素对其横倾角的影响进行全面分析,供同类型浮船坞的设计参考。The design of an anchor mooring type floating dock is required by the regulations to check its heeling angle during ship lifting operations,and make sure that the deck edge will not go into the water when it tilts under specified wind pressure.The conventional method for calculating vessel heeling cannot be used as it is,because it is valid only for free floating vessels.The mechanism of typical anchoring modes effecting the heeling angle of the floating dock is studied,which indicates that the bottom anchoring will increase the heeling angle and the dispersed anchoring will do the opposite.The formula for calculating the heeling angle of the floating dock in anchor mooring modes is derived.The anchoring system selection,the anchoring forces and their effect on a small floating dock is comprehensively analyzed as an example.
