摘　　要：手术机器人可以在作出精准手术操作步骤的同时,帮助外科医生高效精密地执行手术任务,因此在神经外科手术中被应用推广。机器人辅助神经内镜下切除颅内动脉瘤(IA)手术不仅给神经外科医生提供更加便利、精确的手术操作过程,而且在大脑深部病灶及显微镜视野暴露不充分情况下,能明显减轻对重要神经和血管的损伤,从而让患者获得更好的手术治疗效果。本文介绍机器人辅助神经内镜下IA切除术的详细操作方法,为IA患者的临床治疗提供参考。Surgical robots can help surgeons perform surgical tasks efficiently and precisely while making precise surgical steps,so they are widely used in neurosurgery.Robot-assisted neuroendoscopic resection of intracranial aneurysm(IA)not only provides neurosurgeons with more convenient and accurate surgical procedures,but also significantly reduces damage to important nerves and blood vessels in the case of insufficient exposure of deep brain lesions and microscope field,so that patients can obtain better surgical treatment results.This paper will introduce the detailed operation methods of robot-assisted neuroendoscopic resection of IA to provide reference for the clinical treatment of patients with IA.
