摘 要:针对在夜间和雾天执行海事搜救任务时采取传统搜救方式无法快速准确发现海上目标的问题,在搜救环节引入红外热成像和AI图像识别技术,提升海事搜救的成功率。对海上搜救业务流程进行分析,并通过实例阐述采用传统搜救方法搜救过程中常出现的问题。在此基础上,引入红外热成像摄像机和视频图像识别算法,通过技术融合提升海上小目标的识别效率和夜间搜救的效率。该技术已在我国东部沿海某海事局的指挥协调平台上得到应用,结果表明其能有效提升海上小目标识别效率,在夜间和雾天的识别效果尤其明显,同时能降低搜救人员的压力,具有较好的应用前景。AI(Artificial Intelligence)image recognition and infrared thermal imaging are introduced in search and rescue at sea to quickly detect targets and improve success rate of missions.Taking a case for example to explain the common process of maritime search and rescue and the problems usually encountered.The infrared thermal imaging cameras and video image recognition algorithms are introduced to improve the efficiency of small targets recognition and nighttime working.The application of the technique on command and coordination platform in an eastern maritime safety administration shows efficiency of small target recognition at sea,especially at night and in fog.It can reduce pressure of rescue team as well.
