摘　　要：农村公路是我国公路网建设中的重要一环,为更好地开展此类公路的养护工作,提升其服务品质,基于此类公路的特点和需求开展道路技术指标优化研究。主要从农村公路的发展现状出发,讨论当前农村公路管养的现状及存在的问题;同时,以上海市浦东新区的道路技术状况数据为基础,采用案例分析法对当前以路面状况指数(Pavement Condition Index, PCI)作为主要指标的评价体系提出质疑,并进行优化分析。结合农村公路管养的实际需求,运用加权系数对PCI计算结果进行优化,使道路管理部门能更直观地通过优化后的PCI判断可能威胁行车安全或使用寿命正急速下降的路段,从而制定出更符合实际情况的养护决策。Rural road system is an important part of the domestic road network.The research on optimization of technical Index based on the actual situations of the rural highways can help better carry out the maintenance work.Take the rural highways in Pudong New Area as an example,case analysis is carried out,questioning the current assessment method which takes PCI(Pavement Condition Index)as the main indicator.Considering the basic demands of rural road management,the PCI results are calculated with weighted coefficient.The renewed data can clearly indicate the area in bad condition or in short service life.Accordingly,the more feasible and flexible maintenance plan can be achieved.
