摘　　要：为解决城市轨道交通区间下穿老城区建筑物并保证地铁区间结构安全的难题,可以考虑对原建筑进行拆除并复建,同时建筑设计方案需满足现行设计规范的要求。本文通过阐述城市轨道交通线路下穿老城区建筑物的复杂性,结合实际工程案例对其进行具体分析与探讨,初步明确城市轨道交通区间上方拆复建项目建筑设计的基本特征:建筑设计方案应符合现行的规划、消防、人防、节能与绿色建筑设计等规范的相关要求,并能满足地铁运营的基本需要。该研究以期对今后类似工程有较好的借鉴意义。To solve the problem of urban rail transit lines crossing buildings in old urban areas and ensuring the structural safety of subway sections,the architectural design should be considered about demolishing and restoring the original building,and it must meet the requirements of current building design specifications.Through describing the complexity of buildings passing through old urban areas under urban rail transit lines,a reasonable design which based on the practical engineering cases was made in the article,and the article also basically pinpoints the characteristics of architectural design for demolition and reconstruction projects above urban rail transit sections:the architectural design scheme should comply with the relevant requirements of current planning,fire protection,civil air defense,energy conservation and green building design standards,and meet the basic needs of subway operation.In the future,the similar engineering tools can be used for reference.
