摘 要:以某实际工程为例,介绍了某充气膜结构的检查要点和承载能力评估方法。现场对充气膜结构的控制点位、充气系统、膜面性能、金属构件及连接节点等进行检查,并采用有限元软件3D3S对该充气膜进行建模计算,结果表明:该充气膜结构承载能力能满足规范要求,但是索与钢筋混凝土支承构件的连接构造不满足规范要求,应进行处理。本案例可为其它类似工程提供参考。Based on an existing inflatable membrane structure,the key inspection points and the method of bearing capacity evaluation are introduced.The control point,inflatable system,membrane performance,metal components and connections of the inflatable membrane structure were inspected on site.The result showed that the configuration of connection between the cable and the reinforced concrete supporting member did not meet the requirements of the current code and the corresponding strengthening measures should be adopted.The finite element software 3D3S was used to check the bearing capacity of the inflatable membrane structure at the basis of inspection data and the results indicated that the structure satisfied the code requirements including the bearing capacity and deformation.The method provided in this paper can be adopted for other similar engineering.
