摘  要:【目的】探讨外生菌根真菌增强马尾松耐铝性的机制,为马尾松抗铝机理研究提供理论依据。【方法】采用水培法,设置不同Al^(3+)浓度处理(0、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.2 mmol·L^(-1)),测定2种马尾松幼苗的生长、渗透调节物质、丙二醛、叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性。【结果】1)铝胁迫抑制马尾松幼苗的生长,接种褐环乳牛肝菌(简称Sl)显著促进了马尾松幼苗高生长和生物量的积累。2)与未接种相比,接种Sl降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量,并随Al^(3+)浓度的增加呈先降后升再降的趋势;增加了过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,分别在Al^(3+)浓度为0.2、0.4 mmol·L^(-1)时增幅最大。3)与未接种相比,接种Sl显著增加了马尾松幼苗的叶绿素含量,在0.2 mmol·L^(-1)时增幅最大,达50.88%,之后随Al^(3+)浓度的增加呈先增后降的趋势。Al^(3+)浓度为0.2 mmol·L^(-1)时,接种Sl的马尾松幼苗叶绿素含量较无铝处理增加了108.06%。4)与未接种相比,接种Sl显著降低了马尾松幼苗叶片中可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量(0.4 mmol·L^(-1)除外),均在0.2 mmol·L^(-1)时降幅最大,之后随Al^(3+)浓度的增加总体呈先降后升的趋势;增加了对可溶性蛋白的积累,在1.2 mmol·L^(-1)时促进作用最大,较无铝处理增加了30.13%。另外,MDA与POD活性、脯氨酸、可溶性糖呈极显著正相关(P <0.01),其中与可溶性糖的相关性最高,达0.775;SOD与叶绿素呈极显著正相关(P <0.01),与脯氨酸和可溶性糖呈极显著负相关(P <0.01)。【结论】在一定浓度范围内,接种Sl显著增强宿主植物的酶活性,改善叶片光能利用效率和渗透物质含量,增强其抗铝性,进而促进菌根化马尾松幼苗的生长。Al^(3+)浓度为0.2 mmol·L^(-1)时促进作用最大。【Objective】To explore the mechanism of Ectomycorrhiza fungi enhancing aluminum tolerance of Pinus massoniana,and provide theoretical basis for the study of aluminum resistance mechanism of P.massoniana.【Method】Using the hydroponic ^(3+)method,different concentrations of Al were treated(0,0.2,0.4,0.8,1.2 mmol·L^(-1))to determine the growth,osmoregulation substances,malondialdehyde,chlorophyll content,and antioxidant enzyme activity of two types of P.massoniana seedlings.【Conclusion】1)Aluminum stress inhibited the growth of P.massoniana seedlings,and inoculation with Sl significantly promoted the high growth and biomass accumulation of P.massoniana seedlings.2)Compared with non inoculation,inoculation with Sl reduced the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),and showed a trend of first decreasing,then increasing,and then decreasing with the increase of Al^(3+)concentration.However,it increased the activity of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),which increased the most when the concentration of Al^(3+)was-10.2 mmol·L and 0.4 mmol·L^(-1),respectively.3)Compared with non inoculation,inoculation with Sl significantly increased the chlorophyll content of P.massoniana seedlings,with a maximum increase of 50.88%at 0.2 mmol·L^(-1).Afterwards,with the increase of Al^(3+)concentration,there is a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the concentration of Al^(3+)was 0.2 mmol·L^(-1),the chlorophyll content of P.massoniana seedlings inoculated with Sl increased by 108.06%compared to the aluminum free treatment.4)Compared with non inoculation,inoculation with Sl significantly reduced the soluble sugar content and proline content in the leaves of P.massoniana seedlings(except for 0.4 mmol·L^(-1)),with the largest decrease at 0.2 mmol·L^(-1).Afterwards,with the increase of Al^(3+)concentration,the overall trend showed a first decrease and then an increase.However,it increased the accumulation of soluble proteins and had the greatest promoting effect at 1.2 mmol·L^(-1),an increase of 30.13%compar
