从“悔错字”文书看清代至民国清水江流域林业纠纷的调解

摘　　要：“悔错字”文书是贵州地方大型档案资料清水江文书中的重要内容,主要记载农林业生产、婚姻家庭等方面的纠纷调解,清代至民国时期大量遗存于清水江流域。通过整理与分析“悔错字”文书,文章着重对这一时期清水江流域林业纠纷的调解进行了探讨。这对于我们深刻认识调解林业纠纷的重要性,增强民族团结,稳定社会秩序,全面推进依法治国,建设平安中国,具有一定的借鉴价值。The documents of“letter of repentance”(hui cuo zi),mainly recording the mediation of the disputes over ag⁃ricultural and forestry production as well as family matters,are an important part in Qingshuijiang historical documents of Guizhou’s large-scale archival materials.A large number of these documents in Qingshuijiang region in the period from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China(ROC)survived.By organizing and analyzing those letters of repentance,this paper makes a study on the mediation of forestry disputes in this region during this period,which is of certain reference value for us to deeply understand the importance of mediation in forestry disputes,enhance national unity,stabilize so⁃cial order,comprehensively promote the rule of law,and build a peaceful China.
