《灵枢》开阖枢理论与中风病探析

摘　　要：从开阖枢的病候释义、中风病相似症状、针灸临床应用角度出发剖析开阖枢理论与中风病的关联,发现三阳开阖枢异常与中风患者运动平衡功能障碍有关,阳明阖异常与卒中发生及卒中相关性肺炎相关;三阴开阖枢异常与脏腑功能异常相关,其异常分别对应中风后胃肠功能障碍、吞咽言语障碍、卒中后抑郁。从足三阳、足三阴经论治中风病及其并发症有可靠的理论和实践基础,《灵枢》开阖枢理论与中风病息息相关。从中风病的针灸临床角度阐释开阖枢理论具有现实意义,值得深入研究。This paper analyzed the relationship between opening and closing pivot theory and apoplexy from the perspectives of the interpretation of opening and closing pivot symptoms,similar symptoms of apoplexy and clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion.The abnormal function of opening and closing pivot in three yang is related to the dysfunction of limb movement balance in apoplexy patients.The dysfunction of the“closing”in yangming is associated with stroke and stroke-associated pneumonia.The abnormal function of opening and closing pivot in three yin is related to abnormal viscera function.Among them,opening,closing and pivot respectively correspond to gastrointestinal dysfunction,swallowing speech disorder and post-stroke depression.There is a reliable theoretical and practical basis for treating apoplexy and its complications from foot sanyang and foot sanyin meridian.Apoplexy has great correlation with opening and closing pivot theory.It is of practical significance to explain the theory of opening and closing pivot from the clinical perspective of acupuncture and moxibustion in apoplexy.In addition,it deserves further study.
