摘　　要：《临证指南医案》是一部反映清代名医叶天士临床经验和学术思想的关键著作。《临证指南医案》开卷首篇即为中风门,该篇记载了叶天士治疗中风病的辨治思路和处方用药,也充分体现了叶天士关于中风病的护理思想。文章通过梳理《临证指南医案》中风篇护理思想,初步厘清了叶天士中风病中医护理的学术内涵及临证经验,为中风病的临床护理提供了重要支持。Clinical Evidence Guide Medical Case is a key work reflecting the clinical experience and academic thought of Ye Tianshi,a famous physician in the Qing Dynasty.The first volume of Clinical Evidence Guide Medical Case is the middle wind door,which records Ye Tianshi’s differentiation and treatment ideas and prescription drugs for the treatment of apoplexy,and also fully embodies Ye Tianshi’s nursing thoughts about apoplexy.This article sorted out the discussion of nursing thought of stroke in Clinical Evidence Guide Medical Case,and preliminary clarified Ye Tianshi’s academic connotation and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of stroke,so as to provide important support for clinical nursing of stroke.
