摘　　要：文章介绍周耀庭教授治疗儿童原发性单症状性夜间遗尿症(PMNE)的经验。周教授认为,PMNE总属肾与膀胱虚寒,下元不固,与肺、脾、肾密切相关,不存在下焦湿热、肝胆湿热的病因病机;治疗应采用温肾、益气、固摄、调神、开肺之法,可取得较好临床效果。This paper introduced Professor Zhou Yaoting’s experience in the treatment of primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis in children.Professor Zhou believes that enuresis in children always belongs to deficiency of the kidney and bladder cold,lower yuan is not solid,and is closely related to the lung,spleen and kidney,there is no lower jiao dampness-heat,liver and gallbladder dampness-heat etiology and pathogenesis.The method of warming kidney,replenishing qi,consolidating qi,regulating mind and opening lung were used in the treatment,which can achieve better clinical effect.
