补肾壮筋汤治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的探索在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中应用补肾壮筋汤治疗的效果及对血清骨折愈合因子表达、愈合情况及安全性的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2022年6月就诊的80例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式的差异分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用保守制动牵引治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用补肾壮筋汤治疗。对比两组血清骨折愈合因子表达[血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血清成纤维细胞生长因子-2(FGF-2)]水平、愈合情况(X线评分)及并发症。结果治疗后,研究组TGF-β1、FGF-2水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),且4周、8周的X线评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未出现并发症及不良反应。结论在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中应用补肾壮筋汤治疗,可有效改善血清骨折愈合因子表达水平,促进骨折愈合,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Zhuangjin decoction in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur and its influence on the expression of serum fracture healing factors,healing situation and safety.Methods From January 2019 to June 2022,eighty patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected as the research objects.According to the differences in treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conservative brake traction,and the study group was treated with Bushen Zhuangjin decoction on the basis of the control group.The expression of serum fracture healing factors[serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),serum fibroblast growth factor-2(FGF-2)],healing(X-ray score)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TGF-β1 and FGF-2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The X-ray scores of the study group at four weeks and eight weeks after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no complications and adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Bushen Zhuangjin decoction can effectively improve the expression level of fracture healing factors in serum and promote fracture healing in patients with intertrochanteric fracture,and has high safety.
