创疡再生医疗技术治愈导尿管球囊压迫致尿道瘘1例报告

摘　　要：给予2019年9月韶关市第一人民医院收治的1例导尿管球囊压迫致尿道瘘患者的局部创面采用创疡再生医疗技术治疗,治疗第32天创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤可见浅表瘢痕增生,拔除导尿管后排尿通畅,无漏尿及尿道狭窄。One patient with urethral fistula caused by catheter balloon compression was admitted into Shaoguan First People’s Hospital in September 2019 for treatment.The local wounds were managed with the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers.On day 32 of treatment,the wound was completely healed with superficial scar hyperplasia visible on the healed skin.After the removal of the urinary catheter,the urination was smooth without leakage or urethral stricture.
