多技术联合治愈特重度烧伤1例报告

摘　　要：给予2021年1月重庆市九龙坡区第二人民医院收治的1例特重度烧伤患者在全身综合治疗的基础上,局部创面行湿润烧伤膏、自体微粒皮种植、左侧胫骨钻孔治疗,治疗第207天,大部分创面愈合,残留左侧胫骨外露处部分创面未愈,但肉芽组织生长良好,患者出院,并于家中继续使用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗。One patient with extremely severe burns was admitted to The Second People’s Hospital of Jiulongpo District of Chongqing in January 2021.In addition to systemic treatments,MEBO,autologous microskin grafting,and drilling of the left tibia were performed to manage the local wounds.On day 207 of treatment,most wounds were healed,the partial wounds with the left tibia exposed remained unhealed but the granulation tissues grew well,and the patient was discharged from the hospital to manage the dressing change of MEBO at home.
