序贯填充高密度脂肪与纳米脂肪在面部美容手术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨序贯填充高密度脂肪与纳米脂肪在面部美容手术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月于驻马店广济心血管病医院拟行面部美容手术者90例作为研究对象,按照不同手术方法将其分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),观察组研究对象面部序贯填充高密度脂肪与纳米脂肪,对照组研究对象面部单纯填充高密度脂肪,对比观察两组研究对象面部美容效果、自我观感及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组研究对象面部对称性、轮廓流畅度、皱纹深度、凹陷深度、皮肤平整度、皮肤弹性评分以及自我观感评分均明显高于对照组(t=7.476、7.405、4.042、5.312、4.468、3.161、6.743,P<0.001、P<0.001、P<0.001、P<0.001、P<0.001、P=0.002、P<0.001);术后随访6个月,观察组研究对象不良事件发生率为2.22%,与对照组研究对象的不良事件发生率6.67%无明显差异(χ^(2)=1.047,P=0.306)。结论与单纯填充高密度脂肪相比,序贯填充高密度脂肪与纳米脂肪在面部美容手术中的美容效果更好,美容者满意度更高。Objective To analyze the application effect of sequential filling of high⁃density fat and nano⁃fat in facial cosmetic surgery.Methods 90 subjects who scheduled to receive facial cosmetic surgery in Zhumadian Guangji Cardiovascular Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021,were divided,according to the surgical methods they received,into study group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The subjects in the study group were filled with high⁃density fat and nano⁃fat sequentially,whereas the subjects in the control group were filled with high⁃density fat alone.The facial cosmetic effect,self⁃perception and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of facial symmetry,contour fluency,wrinkle depth,depression depth,skin flatness,skin elasticity and self⁃perception of subjects in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(t=7.476,7.405,4.042,5.312,4.468,3.161 and 6.743,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P=0.002,P<0.001).During the six⁃month follow⁃up,the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.22%in the study group,and 6.67%in the control group,between which no significant difference was observed(χ^(2)=1.047,P=0.306).Conclusion Compared with the high⁃density fat filling alone,the sequential filling of high⁃density fat and nano⁃fat in facial cosmetic surgery can realize better cosmetic effect and higher subjects’satisfaction.
