摘 要:针对新风空调离心风机功率高、噪声大的问题,基于CFD仿真与试验研究了不同蜗舌深度对离心风机气动性能和噪声的影响,并着重对A10,A30,A40共3种方案蜗壳在25~60 m^(3)/h流量范围内风机性能和噪声水平进行了分析。结果表明,蜗舌深度优化后,在额定流量45 m^(3)/h工况下,仿真全压值提高5 Pa,全压效率提高17.28%,试验测试功率降低7.8 W,噪声降低1.7 dB;合理选择蜗舌深度能够改善蜗壳扩压段处流动,提高风机气动性能,同时降低风机噪声。研究结果可为离心风机设计提供指导。In view of the problems of high power and noise of the centrifugal fan for fresh air unit of air conditioner,the influence of volute tongue depth on the aerodynamic and acoustic performance of centrifugal fan was studied based on CFD simulations and experiments.The level of aerodynamic and acoustic performance of the fan within the flow rate range 25~60 m^(3)/h for three schemes of volute tongue:A10,A30,A40 were analyzed emphatically.The results show that after optimizing the volute tongue depth,the simulated total pressure is increased by 5 Pa,the total pressure efficiency is increased by 17.28%,the experimental power is reduced by 7.8 W and the noise is reduced by 1.7 dB under the rated flow of 45 m^(3)/h;Reasonable selection of volute tongue depth can improve the flow in the region of volute diffuser,improve the aerodynamic and acoustic performance of the centrifugal fan.The results can provide guidance for the design of centrifugal fan.
