摘  要:肾结石是泌尿外科最常见的疾病之一。补充维生素D可促进肠道吸收钙, 并增加尿钙排泄和肾结石形成的风险。但有研究结果表明, 普通人群补充维生素D并没有患肾结石的风险。因此, 摄入维生素D是否会导致肾结石尚无定论。本文对维生素D的概况及其与肾结石风险相关性的基础研究、临床研究和机制研究作一综述, 当联合服用维生素D和钙补充剂时, 应考虑可能增加肾结石形成的潜在风险。Kidney calculi are one of the most common diseases in urology.Vitamin D supplementation can promote intestinal absorption of calcium,and increase the risk of urinary calcium excretion and kidney calculi formation.However,some studies have shown that vitamin D supplementation in the general population was not associated with the risk of kidney calculi.Therefore,whether taking vitamin D may lead to kidney calculi is still a focus issue.This article mainly reviewed the overview of vitamin D and the basic,clinical and mechanistic studies on the relationship between vitamin D and risk of kidney calculi,and proposed that,when vitamin D and calcium supplements were taken in combination,the potential risk of kidney calculi formation should be considered.
