摘 要:目的:公务员群体的职业倦怠问题不仅会影响其身心健康,还会对政府行政能力与形象产生负面影响。从家庭视角探讨家庭支持对公务员职业倦怠的影响,以及不同人格特征的调节作用,从而为公务员群体职业倦怠问题的解决提供不同经验证据。方法:于2022年11月运用自编调查问卷对全国42个直属海关的公务员进行调查,并采用描述性统计与多元线性回归方法对收集到的569份有效数据进行分析。结果:在本研究中公务员职业倦怠的总体得分为2.50±1.23。多元线性回归结果表明家庭支持对公务员职业倦怠具有负向预测作用(β=-0.141,P<0.001)。调节效应分析结果表明亲和性(β=-0.104,P<0.05)与开放性(β=-0.106,P<0.05)人格特征在家庭支持与职业倦怠的路径中发挥调节作用。此外,患有慢性疾病、具有领导职务对公务员职业倦怠具有正向预测作用。结论:可从家庭支持的视角采取相关措施解决公务员群体职业倦怠问题。如鼓励公务员群体通过与家人沟通获取来自家庭内部的各项支持,政府部门出台相关家庭友好措施提升家庭的支持能力等。Objective To explore the impact of family support on career burnout of the civil servants and the moderating role of different personality traits from a family perspective,and provide empirical evidence for interventions on career burnout among civil servants.Methods In November 2022,a self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey among civil servants from 42 customs offices directly under the General Administration of Customs.Descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression methods were used to analyze the 569 valid sample data.Results The average score of career burnout among civil servants was 2.50±1.23.The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicated that family support had a negatively predictive effect on career burnout among civil servants(β=-0.141,P<0.001).The moderation effect model analysis showed that agreeableness(β=-0.104,P<0.05)and openness(β=-0.106,P<0.05)personality traits played a moderating role in the path of the impact of family support on career burnout.In addition,suffering chronic diseases and holding leadership positions had a positively predictive effect on career burnout.Conclusion Measures from a family support perspective can be taken to address career burnout among civil servants,such as encouraging civil servants to actively communicate with their families to obtain multifaceted support,and implementing family-friendly policies to enhance the level of family support for civil servants.
