摘 要:随着连铸中间包寿命的不断提高,对中间包下水口寿命的要求也越来越高,快换浸入式水口可以实现不停浇更换水口作业,方便快捷且降低生产成本,得到广泛使用,但更换水口时,上下板面之间容易夹钢,导致水口板面吸氧,钢水氧化,严重的会导致钢水从板面穿出,发生漏钢事故。本文具体分析了浸入式水口板面夹钢的原因,并提出了具体的解决措施,通过实际应用取得了良好效果。With the continuous improvement of the service life of the continuous casting tundish,the requirements for the service life of the down nozzle of the tundish are also increasing.The quick-change submerged entry nozzle can achieve continuous pouring and quick replacement of the nozzle,and it is widely used due to its convenience and low production costs.However,when replacing the nozzle,skulling is prone to occurrence between the upper and lower plates,leading to oxygen absorption on the nozzle plate surface,oxidation of the liquid steel,and even serious breakout accidents caused by the penetration of liquid steel from the plate surface.The paper specifically analyzes the reasons for the skulling on the surface of the submerged entry nozzle and proposes specific solutions,which have achieved good results through practical applications.
