摘 要:以曹娥江流域为研究对象,计算水环境容量,将其分配至各控制单元并细化到污染源类型,提出各控制单元污染物的削减量,以期提升曹娥江水环境质量。结果表明:1)2016—2021年,曹娥江流域内的屠家埠、汤曹汇合口和曹娥江大闸闸前3个监测断面的COD、氨氮、TP均达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅲ类要求。2)COD、氨氮、TN、TP入河量分别为16013.20、959.10、3658.53、416.05 t/a,且主要以非点源为主。3)基于满足曹娥江流域水体监测断面和入海断面水质达标的约束条件下,COD、氨氮、TN、TP水环境容量分别为47945.18、2435.81、6863.19、474.98 t/a。流域内COD还有剩余水环境容量,不需削减,氨氮、TN、TP分别需削减6.91、501.52、128.34 t/a。Taking the Caoe River Basin as the research object,the water environmental capacity was calculated,allocated to various control units and refined to the types of pollution sources.The reduction amount of pollutants was proposed in each control unit,in order to improve the water environmental quality of the Caoe River.The results showed:1)from 2016 to 2021,the COD,ammonia nitrogen,and TP of the 3 monitoring sections(Tujiabu,the confluence of Tangcao and the Caoe River Sluice)in the Caoe River basin could meet the ClassⅢrequirements of“Environmental quality standard for surface water”(GB 3838-2002).2)The inflow of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP into the river was 16013.20,959.10,3658.53 and 416.05 t/a,respectively,mainly from non point sources.3)Based on the constraints of meeting the water quality standards of the Caoe River Basin water monitoring section and the inflow section,the water environmental capacity of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP was 47945.18,2435.81,6863.19 and 474.98 t/a,respectively.There was still water environmental capacity remained for COD,which did not need to be reduced,ammonia nitrogen,TN,and TP needed to be reduced by 6.91,501.52 and 128.34 t/a,respectively.
