摘　　要：目的分析在完全胃肠外营养科学配制过程中静脉用药调配中心的作用和意义。方法将郑州大学第一附属医院2021年3至12月期间通过静脉用药调配中心干预的1130组输液医嘱纳入观察组中,再选取同一时间段内对不同病区人员配置的1130组纳入对照组;分析静脉用药调配中心在完全胃肠外营养科学配制中的作用。结果观察组不良反应发生率0.44%,低于对照组的2.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不合理用药0.79%,低于对照组的4.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后白蛋白浓度(45.65±5.59)g/L,高于对照组的(36.71±7.49)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组院内感染和热原反应的总体发生率分别为1.32%及0.97%,低于对照组的9.29%和8.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉用药调配中心在完全胃肠外营养制剂的配制中有着极其重要的作用,不仅可以保证临床用药的合理性、科学性,还可以进一步减少患者出现的不良反应,值得进行推广。Objective To analyze the role and significance of intravenous drug allocation center in the scientific formula⁃tion of complete parenteral nutrition.Methods Totally 1130 groups of infusion instructions from the intravenous drug dispensing center of our hospital during March to December 2021 were included in the observation group,and 1130 groups with different ward staffing were selected for the control group during the same period of time.Analyzed the role of intravenous drug dispensing center in the scientific preparation of complete parenteral nutrition.Results The inci⁃dence of adverse reactions in observation group(0.44%)was lower than that in control group(2.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Irrational drug use in the observation group(0.79%)was lower than that in the control group(4.77%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the albumin concen⁃tration in the observation group(45.65±5.59)g/L was higher than that in the control group(36.71±7.49)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of nosocomial infection and pyrogen reaction in the observation group(1.32%and 0.97%)were lower than 9.29%and 8.58%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous drug dispensing center plays an extremely important role in the prep⁃aration of complete parenteral nutrition preparations,which can not only ensure the rationality and science of clinical drug use,but also further reduce the adverse reactions of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
