摘　　要：目的:探讨维吾尔族2型糖尿病(T2DM)环状RNA_0003340的表达水平与胰岛细胞功能的关系。方法:纳入维吾尔族T2DM患者68例及正常对照者68例,测定生化指标,稳态模型评估胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA IR),检测外周血环状RNA_0003340表达水平。结果:维吾尔族T2DM组环状RNA_0003340表达水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。Spearman相关分析显示,环状RNA_0003340表达水平与空腹血糖、2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05),与HOMA-β呈负相关(P<0.01);偏相关分析显示,环状RNA_0003340表达水平与空腹血糖、2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:维吾尔族T2DM环状RNA_0003340表达水平升高,且其表达水平与胰岛细胞功能存在相关性,环状RNA_0003340表达上调可能参与了维吾尔族T2DM的发生。Objective:To investigate the correlation between expression level of circular RNA_0003340 and islet cell function in Uygur type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:68 Uygur T2DM patients and 68 Uygur normal controls were recruited.Biochemical indicators,homeostasis model assessment of isletβcell function(HOMA-β)and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)were measured,and the expression level of circular RNA_0003340 in peripheral blood was detected.Results:The expression level of circular RNA_0003340 in Uygur T2DM patients was higher than that in normal controls(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression level of circular RNA_0003340 was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride,fasting insulin,and HOMA IR(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with HOMA-β(P<0.01);Partial correlation analysis showed that the expression level of circular RNA_0003340 was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and HOMA IR(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of circular RNA_0003340 is increased in Uygur T2DM patients,and its expression level is correlated with islet cell function.The up-regulated expression of circular RNA_0003340 may be involved in the development of T2DM in Uygur patients.
