摘  要:本文以十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和自制的阳离子Gemini表面活性剂为复合乳化剂,采用乳液聚合的方法制备了苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物乳液。研究了乳化剂的比例和用量对乳液的基本性质和施胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着复合乳化剂中Gemini乳化剂比例的增加,乳胶粒的平均粒径增加,可勃值(Cobb 60)先增加后减小,在6:4达最小值50.05 g·m^(-2);复合乳化剂的用量越多,乳胶粒的平均粒径和Cobb 60吸水值越小,继续增加用量,粒径变化不大,但是Cobb 60吸水值会变大,复合乳化剂最佳用量为6%。In this study,emulsions of styrene-butyl acrylate copolymers were synthesized through emulsion polymerization utilizing dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and in-house cationic Gemini surfactants as composite emulsifiers.The investigation focused on assessing the impact of emulsifier ratios and quantities on the fundamental properties and sizing characteristics of the emulsions.The findings revealed that an increase in the proportion of the Gemini emulsifier in the composite emulsifier led to an enlargement of the average particle size of the emulsion particles.The Cobb value of Cobb 60 exhibited an initial increase followed by a decrease,reaching a minimum value of 50.05 g·m-2 at a 6:4 ratio.Moreover,higher dosages of the composite emulsifier resulted in smaller average particle sizes of the emulsion particles and reduced water absorption values of Cobb 60.As the dosage continued to increase,particle size remained relatively stable,but the water absorption value of Cobb 60 increased.Therefore,the optimal dosage of the composite emulsifier was determined to be 6%.
