石灰石粉改性膏状瓷砖背胶性能研究

摘  要:研究了石灰石粉掺量对膏状瓷砖背胶在标准养护环境7天、28天龄期以及浸水、冻融和热老化环境下的拉伸粘结强度的影响。结果表明:LP40在热老化环境下的拉伸粘结强度改善尤为明显;在7天时LP40与LP0的拉伸粘结强度相比提高了50%,有效提升了膏状瓷砖背胶的早期粘结强度。XRD、SEM分析表明,石灰石粉可以填充界面砂浆孔隙,加速水泥砂浆水化,使瓷砖与砂浆界面粘结更为紧密。This study investigated the impact of limestone powder content on the tensile bond strength of paste ceramic tile backing adhesive under standard curing conditions of 7 days,28 days,water immersion,freeze-thaw,and thermal aging.The findings reveal a significant improvement in the tensile bond strength of LP40 under thermal aging.After 7 days,the tensile bond strength of LP40 is 50%higher than that of LP0,effectively enhancing the early bond strength of the paste tile backing.XRD and SEM analyses indicate that limestone powder can fill the interfacial mortar pores,expedite the hydration of cement mortar,and promote a closer interface bond between the ceramic tile and mortar.
