摘  要:分别选用直接和间接蒸氨工艺对焦化剩余氨水进行处理。对蒸氨废水水质进行化验,对蒸氨工艺条件进行研究。结果表明,与间接蒸氨相比较,直接蒸氨工艺对氰化物具有水解作用,可以有效降低氰化物对设备的腐蚀程度;而间接蒸氨的优点是废水产生量低。在煤气净化过程中,蒸氨工艺的选取应视具体生产情况而定。The direct and indirect ammonia stripping processes to treat coal water were applied.The quality of the ammonia wastewater after treatment is tested,and the conditions required for the two processes are studied.The study reveals that the direct ammonia stripping process has a hydrolysis effect on cyanides,effectively mitigating the corrosion of equipment by cyanides.Conversely,the indirect ammonia stripping process is characterized by its low wastewater generation.Therefore,the selection of the ammonia stripping process should be determined according to specific conditions in the gas purification process.
