沥青路面裂缝成因及防治措施探究

摘　　要：为了提升公路沥青路面的管养水平,结合规范将沥青路面裂缝划分为横向裂缝、纵向裂缝、块裂、龟裂等形式,并依据裂缝宽度或块度对裂缝进行分级。以某公路路面改造工程为例,对其沿线裂缝病害类型、占比及PCI指数进行研究,分析横向裂缝、纵向裂缝、块裂和龟裂的产生原因。提出沥青路面裂缝的预防和处治措施,比如铺土工织物、加强路面内部排水、稀浆封层法、薄层罩面法等,并基于PCI指数衰减模型阐述了沥青路面裂缝处治时机和处治资金的分配方法,研究成果可供类似项目养护提供理论依据。In order to improve the management and maintenance level of asphalt pavement on highways,cracks in asphalt pavement are classified into transverse cracks,longitudinal cracks,block cracks,and cracking according to specifications,and cracks are classified based on crack width or block size.Subsequently,taking a certain highway pavement renovation project as an example,the types,proportions,and PCI index of crack diseases along the route were analyzed,and the causes of transverse cracks,longitudinal cracks,block cracks,and cracking were analyzed.Finally,prevention and treatment measures for asphalt pavement cracks were proposed,such as laying geotextiles,strengthening internal drainage of the pavement,slurry sealing method,thin layer covering method,etc.Based on the PCI index attenuation model,the timing of asphalt pavement crack treatment and the allocation method of treatment funds were explained.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for similar project maintenance.
