摘 要:随着高层建筑项目规模不断扩大,对高层建筑的安全提出了更高的要求,不仅要注重建设质量,还需要注意火灾的防控。因此,在高层建筑项目中,合理应用电气消防技术能起到一定的消防保障作用。但电气消防技术的实际应用存在一些弊端,例如消防配电系统问题、自动报警技术受到干扰等。因此,需要在高层建筑工程中重视电气消防技术的运用,发挥火灾自动控制系统、先进消防设备智能防火卷帘等优势,优化消防系统的设计,排除高层建筑中的安全隐患,做好防控工作,确保将火灾损失降到最低。阐述了高层建筑火灾特点及消防安全隐患,分析电气消防技术常见的问题,提出了几点有效的应用措施。With the continuous expansion of high-rise building projects,higher requirements have been put forward for the safety of high-rise buildings.It is not only necessary to focus on construction quality,but also to pay attention to fire prevention and control.Therefore,in high-rise building projects,the reasonable application of electrical fire protection technology can play a certain role in fire protection.However,there are some drawbacks in the practical application of electrical fire protection technology,such as problems with fire distribution systems and interference with automatic alarm technology.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to the application of electrical fire protection technology in high-rise building engineering,leverage the advantages of fire automatic control systems,advanced fire protection equipment,intelligent fire shutters,etc.,optimize the design of fire protection systems,eliminate safety hazards in high-rise buildings,do a good job in prevention and control,and ensure that fire losses are minimized.This article elaborates on the characteristics of high-rise building fires and fire safety hazards,analyzes common problems in electrical fire protection technology,and proposes several effective application measures.
