摘　　要：重点探讨了产业机器人电气自动化技术的有效应用。首先,阐述了产业机器人的技术特点。其次,就产业机器人电气自动化技术在电气设备、电气控制、故障诊断、简化自控流程4个方面的有效应用进行了研究。最后,分析了未来产业机器人与电气自动化技术的发展趋势,以供参考。This study focuses on the effective application of industrial robot electrical automation technology.Firstly,the technical characteristics of industrial robots were elaborated.Secondly,research was conducted on the effective application of industrial robot electrical automation technology in four aspects:electrical equipment,electrical control,fault diagnosis,and simplified selfcontrol processes.Finally,the development trends of future industrial robots and electrical automation technology were analyzed for reference.
