摘　　要：陕西地震行业网承担地震数据汇集与转发、地震速报与编目、公共信息服务、地震应急等功能,经过多年的建设运行,已具备一定的安全防御能力。但随着公共网络安全行业的发展变化,陕西地震行业网在网络结构、安全防御、设备配置、机房环境、制度建设等方面存在的不同程度的缺陷与隐患逐一显现。本文以安全等级保护测评、密码应用测评为依据,对陕西地震行业网在重塑网络结构、优化设备配置、健全制度机制、升级机房环境等方面进行了一系列的优化改造,为陕西省地震局网络优化技术升级、运维保障、安全运行、有效管理提供了良好基础。此次陕西地震行业网的优化升级改造经验,可为其他单位及行业网的网络优化升级改造建设提供一定经验借鉴。Shannxi earthquake network undertakes functions such as earthquake data collection and forwarding,earthquake rapid reporting and cataloging,public information services,and earthquake emergency response.After years of construction and operation,it has developed to a certain level of security and defense capabilities.However,with the continuous development of the public network security industry,problems of different levels in the network structure,security defense,equipment configuration,computer room environment and institutional construction of the Shaanxi earthquake industry network have been discovered.Based on classified security protection evaluation and password application evaluation,we optimized and upgraded Shaanxi earthquake network through reshaping network structure,optimizing equipment configuration,improving institutional mechanisms,upgrading computer room environment etc.It provides a good foundation for the network optimization,technology upgrade,maintenance guarantee,safe operation,and effective management of Shaanxi earthquake network.At the same time,it can provide references for network optimization and upgrading in other industries or units.
