摘 要:以低品位磷矿和磷渣酸为主要原料,采用高温煅烧方法对其进行活化,制备了一种聚合态磷肥,通过单因素试验对反应条件进行了探索,得到的适宜反应条件为:聚合反应温度600℃、聚合反应时间40 min、原料配比m(酸P_(2)O_(5))/m(矿P_(2)O_(5))为2.5。在此条件下制备得到的聚合态磷肥为疏松多孔的块状结构,其中聚合磷质量分数为35.70%、聚合率为86.47%,有效磷质量分数为36.40%、占总磷的88%,钙、镁的有效占比分别为60.3%和75.6%,溶解试验结果显示该聚合态磷肥主要以枸溶性为主。A polymeric phosphate fertilizer was prepared by using low-grade phosphate rock and phosphate slag acid as the main raw materials and activated by the method of high-temperature calcination.The reaction conditions were explored through single factor test,and the appropriate reaction conditions were obtained as follows:polymerization reaction temperature of 600℃,polymerization reaction time of 40 minutes,raw material ratio of m(acid P_(2)O_(5))/m(mineral P_(2)O_(5))of 2.5.The polymerized phosphate fertilizer prepared under these conditions is a loose porous block structure,in which the mass fraction of polymerized phosphorus is 35.70%,the polymerization rate is 86.47%,the mass fraction of effective phosphorus is 36.40%,accounting for 88%of total phosphorus,and the effective proportions of calcium and magnesium is 60.3%and 75.6%,respectively.The results of dissolution test showed that the polymer phosphate fertilizer was mainly soluble in citric acid.
