术后早期被动运动结合个性化延伸护理在行关节镜下肩袖修复术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探析术后早期被动运动结合个性化延伸护理在行关节镜下肩袖修复术患者中的应用价值。方法抽取2021年9~12月在滨州医学院附属医院行关节镜下肩袖修复术的100例患者为观察对象,采取随机数字表法将符合标准的患者分为对照组和观察组,均为50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施术后早期被动运动结合个性化延伸护理。比较2组的肩关节活动度、肩关节功能以及并发症发生率。结果术后3个月及术后6个月,2组的体侧外旋角度和主动前屈角度均较术后当日增大,肩关节功能评价量表中的5个项目评分均较术后当日升高(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同一时期的对照组更优(P均<0.05)。2组间感染、关节肿胀等并发症的总发生率相比,观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论术后早期被动运动结合个性化延伸护理对行关节镜下肩袖修复术患者术后并发症的减少、肩关节活动度的改善以及肩关节功能的提升均可产生积极影响。Objective To explore the application value of early postoperative passive exercise combined with personalized extended nursing in patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery at the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from September to December 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.The patients who met the criteria were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received early postoperative passive exercise combined with personalized extended nursing.The shoulder joint range of motion,shoulder joint function,and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 months and 6 months after surgery,the lateral external rotation angle and active forward flexion angle of both groups increased compared to the day of surgery(all P<0.05).The scores of the five items in the Constant-Murley Score all increased compared to the day of surgery(all P<0.05).The above results were better in the observation group than in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as infection and joint swelling was compared between the two groups,and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early postoperative passive exercise combined with personalized extended nursing has a positive impact on reducing postoperative complications,improving shoulder joint range of motion,and enhancing shoulder joint function in patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery.
