摘  要:烟草喷雾机作业效果的好坏是决定烟叶质量与产量高低的重要因素,雾滴均匀性及沉积特性是判定烟草喷雾机作业效果的重要指标。选取3种喷雾压力、风机风速和样机行驶速度进行喷雾试验,探究不同条件对雾滴均匀性及沉积特性的影响。试验结果表明:雾滴均匀性随喷雾压力和风机风速增大略微变好,基本不随样机行驶速度增大变化;雾滴覆盖率随喷雾压力增大覆盖率最大值不变,随风机风速增大覆盖率最大值减小,随样机行驶速度增大覆盖率整体减小。试验结果为后续烟草喷雾机优化设计提供参考。The operation effect of tobacco spray is an important factor to determine the quality and yield of tobacco leaves,and the droplet uniformity and deposition characteristics are important indicators to determine the operation effect of tobacco spray.Three kinds of spray pressure,fan wind speed and prototype running speed were selected for spray test to explore the influence of different conditions on droplet uniformity and deposition characteristics.The test results show that the droplet uniformity slightly improves with the increase of spray pressure and fan wind speed,and basically does not change with the increase of driving speed of the prototype;The maximum coverage rate of droplets remains the same as the spray pressure increases,the maximum coverage rate decreases as the fan speed increases,and the overall coverage rate decreases as the driving speed of the prototype increases.The test results provide a reference for the subsequent optimization design of tobacco spray.
